Mason’s first priority is putting the client’s needs first and taking the necessary steps to obtain the best result. “Actively listening to the client, being able to grasp all of the issues, communicating options clearly and having the ability to effectively advocate in writing and oral argument is essential in every area of my practice.”
Mason routinely handles a variety of matters in the following areas: civil litigation, real estate, oil and gas, family, criminal, wills and trusts, probates and estate litigation, business law, commercial litigation and arbitration, banking, condemnation, and personal injury. Mason is also a certified mediator, having completed 90 additional hours of mediation training and having successfully mediated well over one hundred cases across Texas since becoming certified.
Mason has served as General Counsel for the City of Jacksboro and as General Counsel for the Jack County Hospital District since 2016. Mason currently serves as Vice President of the Jacksboro ISD Board of Trustees, and he is a past President of the Jacksboro Chamber of Commerce.
